We advise clients, primarily public sector bodies, on the procurement and implementation of complex IT projects. We also offer drafting the necessary contracts. To the extent that a procurement procedure is observed, we ensure that procurement law requirements are met. We also ensure that assurances made prior to the contract award are reflected in enforceable contractual obligations.

We advise clients during the performance of contracts on safeguarding claims pursuant to any warranties or guarantees and pay particular attention to maintaining their enforceability. We support clients in the (partial) inspection and approval IT projects and negotiate disputes with the contractor.

Furthermore, we advise our clients on a wide range of other issues concerning IT law. In particular, we advise public sector clients on the preparation and execution of so-called “licence-audits” as well as representing their interests in negotiations with producers of standard software solutions.
