Dominik Tillmanns advises companies and the public sector on issues of public commercial law and public procurement law, in particular at the interface with SGB V.

After studying at the University of Bielefeld with a focus on public commercial law, including several months abroad in Brussels, he completed his legal clerkship in Hamburg and Paderborn. From April 2022 until joining ESCH BAHNER LISCH in February 2024, he worked as a lawyer in a large German commercial law firm specialising in energy and public commercial law.
